TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Retreat Experience
Camp Hard Reset is a three-day immersive personal development retreat designed to help individuals reset mentally, physically, and spiritually. The experience includes (but is not limited to) guided meditations, journaling, reflective exercises, group discussions, nature-based activities, and personal growth workshops. Your participation and outcomes are your own responsibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to attend. By registering, you confirm that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally able to participate in group activities and periods of silence, and that you take full responsibility for your health and well-being throughout the retreat.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date to receive a credit for a future Camp Hard Reset retreat, valid for 12 months from your original retreat date.
Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or merchandise.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for credit.
4. Assumption of Risk
Camp Hard Reset includes physical and emotional activities. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your participation and release Camp Hard Reset LLC, its facilitators, staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
5. Confidentiality & Conduct
You agree to honor the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and facilitators. What is shared in the retreat stays in the retreat. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in your immediate removal from the retreat with no refund or credit.
6. Media Release
We may capture portions of the retreat via photo, video, or audio. By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be used in promotional materials unless you notify us in writing before the retreat.
7. Changes & Cancellations by Organizer
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, facilitator illness), we reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or shift to a virtual format. If the retreat is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. No refunds will be issued.
8. Personal Responsibility
Camp Hard Reset is not therapy or medical treatment. By attending, you agree that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
