REFUND POLICY

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At Camp Hard Reset, we pour heart and intention into every retreat experience. Because of the extensive planning and limited spots available, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and sustainability — for both you and us.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • No Refunds: All retreat ticket purchases are non-refundable.

CREDIT TOWARD FUTURE RETREATS

  • Can’t make it? If you’re unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future Camp Hard Reset retreat.

  • Notice Required: To be eligible, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Valid for One Year: Approved credits are valid for 12 months from your original retreat date.

  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or merchandise.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

  • Within 14 Days: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are not eligible for credit, due to fixed costs and preparation.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS BY ORGANIZER

We hope this never happens, but in the rare event that Camp Hard Reset must cancel or postpone a retreat (due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, venue issues, or facilitator illness):

 

  • You’ll be given the option to:

    • Transfer your ticket to the rescheduled retreat, OR

    • Receive a full refund
       

  • We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance if applicable.
