There’s a growing trend of people feeling stuck or unfulfilled in life. It doesn't matter if you're a successful executive or in a career rut, single or have a family, physically fit or can't seem to get off your computer, or just going through a life change.
That’s why we created this camp—a place to step away, get into nature and reset. Through a carefully crafted curriculum, you’ll have the space to clear your mind, refocus, and realign with what you want in your next phase of life.
This three-day retreat includes a full digital detox, guided meditations, and intentional planning to help you shift your mindset. You’ll engage in physical activities and enjoy nourishing meals designed to improve your overall well being.
The curriculum has been designed in collaboration with life-coaches, psychiatrists, and pulling techniques from various best-sellng authors.
And because resetting isn’t just about serious work, there will be plenty of opportunities for fun—so you can rediscover the joy of feeling like a kid again.

Retreat Flow
Fire Ceremony

Day 1 only which will follow the half-day silent retreat. A ritual to shed what is holding you back
Quiet Fictional Reading

Choose a fictional book from our library. We encourage some light reading before our 10 pm lights out.
Morning
Bootcamp

High-intensity 45 min bootcamp run by a certified personal trainer. Designed for all fitness levels.
Meditation

Daily guided meditation to get you primed for the reset.
Breakfast

Delicious superfood breakfasts filled with protein, fiber, and antioxidants (vegan and gf options)
Midday
Curriculum

Curriculum has been carefully crafted using the best practices and science-backed methodologies
Massages

Everyone will receive one (or possibly two) complimentary massages by a licensed therapist
Lunch

Organic salad bar with many protein options to keep you satiated
Shirin-yoku

Parts of the curriculum will incorportate Shirin-yoku - a forest bathing activity from Japan
Evenings
Play Time

Corn hole, giant jenga, egg hunts, apple bobbing, an escape room in a giant beautiful yurt. This is just the beginning.
Mocktails

Along with playtime are mocktails that are filled with adaptogens, nootropics, botanicals, etc
Dinner

A nourishing, delicious and filling dinner with the group as we sit down and appreciate each other and ourselves for our hard work
